Anti-Piracy Policy

This Anti-Piracy Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms and Conditions governing the use of ScriptsTribe digital products, including but not limited to add-ons, modules, templates, and custom code (collectively, “Products”).

By purchasing, downloading, or using any ScriptsTribe Product, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Prohibition of Unauthorized Distribution

Unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, sublicensing, reproduction, or distribution of ScriptsTribe Products is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Uploading any ScriptsTribe Product to public or private file-sharing platforms, nulled script sites, or forums

  • Sharing purchased files with individuals who have not acquired a valid license directly from ScriptsTribe

  • Reselling Products or offering them as part of a bundled service or membership without prior written permission

  • Using ScriptsTribe Products with a license obtained fraudulently, or without a valid license

2. Enforcement and Penalties

In the event that a customer, license holder, or user is found to be in breach of this Policy, ScriptsTribe reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

  • Immediate termination of all licenses granted to the offending party

  • Permanent suspension or deletion of the associated ScriptsTribe account(s)

  • Blacklisting of the user’s domain(s) and IP address(es) from future access or updates

  • Revocation of access to any and all current or future updates, support services, and product downloads

  • Forfeiture of any rights to a refund or return, regardless of purchase date or status

  • Pursuit of legal remedies under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws

3. License Key Tracking and Monitoring

ScriptsTribe Products may include license key validation, domain tracking, and server-side verification mechanisms to prevent unauthorized use and redistribution. Users found attempting to bypass or disable these mechanisms will be considered in violation of this Policy.

ScriptsTribe may log the following for anti-piracy enforcement purposes:

  • License key usage

  • Access origin (IP address, domain)

  • Timestamp and product identifier

4. No Refunds for Policy Violations

Refund requests from individuals found in violation of this Policy will be denied in full. Refunds are not granted for terminated licenses resulting from piracy, redistribution, or any other breach of the license agreement.

5. Reporting Piracy

If you are aware of ScriptsTribe Products being distributed without authorization, please report the incident to us directly via Support Ticket. Reports are confidential, and we appreciate community support in protecting legitimate developers.

6. Reservation of Rights

ScriptsTribe reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the license holder to stay informed of all terms and conditions associated with ScriptsTribe Products.

ScriptsTribe also reserves the right to pursue legal action, including but not limited to DMCA takedowns, cease and desist letters, and civil or criminal prosecution under applicable intellectual property laws.
