It’s Ramadan again.
Even though I’m not Muslim, and I don’t follow any particular religion, this time of year always reminds me to return to fasting. I’ve noticed that when I drift away from it, things in my life start to feel scattered and off balance.
For me, fasting is not about religion. It’s about discipline, clarity, and reconnecting with the Father in the deepest way I know how. It resets my mind. It strengthens my spirit. It brings alignment back into my life.
So to all my Muslim friends, Ramadan Mubarak.
I’ll be joining you in fasting in my own way. For me, it’s not optional — it’s necessary.
