Users cannot login via Mobile Data -FIXED

For some time now, users have been unable to connect to my site with mobile data, receiving error "Network error occurred" but they can connect normally from WiFi, any suggestions?

Fixed, was issue with Android WebView permissions, i fixed the issue by myself.
