❓ Current Release Decision
Some clients suggested releasing EchoAI earlier on PortaSale without the Image Generator, focusing first on the Text AI + Thinking/Reasoning features.

This approach would allow:
• Faster public release 🚀
• Better overall stability
• Community feedback before final expansion
• Image Generator & File Scanner added later as a major update

It’s been awhile since I’ve been active here.
I’m jumping back in and I’m currently looking to level up my Sngine setup by building my own custom theme from scratch.

I want to move beyond default styling and properly understand the whole flow—CSS structure, template overrides, best practices, and how everything connects in the theme layer.

Right now, I’m basically at ground zero on the theme side, so I’m looking for some direction on how to approach this efficiently without breaking the core system.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I’m looking for things like:
Where to start in Sngine theme architecture
How CSS is properly structured and overridden
Best workflow for customizing templates safely
Any “do’s and don’ts” from people who’ve done this before
Basically, I want to build this clean, scalable, and not end up in a messy override situation.
Any guidance, docs, or real-world experience would be appreciated.

If you have PO Translate and will update your sngine, backup you messages.po first, after update, you must copy the translated languages to the new sngine message.po. remember this is a file translation system, not a database translation system.

I found a strange bug on sngine latest version, when mobile users from chrome scrolling down, they getting back to the previous page they was reading inside or outside or my Sngine media, the Swap to back feature removed since previous version but still I have this issue on my Sngine.

Hi everyone,

I’m currently building a niche community platform with Sngine (music-focused), and I’ve run into something that feels like a core limitation of the system.

Right now, the newsfeed is purely chronological. That means:

- New posts appear at the top
- But once a post gets pushed down, it basically “dies”
- Even if people comment on it later, it does NOT come back up in the feed

This creates a serious engagement problem, especially for smaller or growing communities:
👉 Conversations don’t stay visible
👉 Active discussions get buried
👉 The platform can feel “dead” very quickly

On platforms like Facebook, when someone comments on a post, it gets bumped back to the top. That keeps conversations alive and increases engagement.

So my questions:

1. Has anyone successfully implemented a “last activity” based feed in Sngine?
(e.g. sorting posts by latest comment OR post date)

2. Is there a plugin, modification, or custom solution available for this?

3. If not, how difficult would it be to implement something like:

- a "last_activity" field that updates on new comments
- and using that for feed sorting?

I really believe this could massively improve engagement and retention on Sngine-based platforms.
